1. Private Beta Status

By accessing MotorWorks Pro during the Private Beta, you acknowledge that the service is provided "as is" and may undergo significant changes, including feature modifications or downtime.

2. Business Use Only

MotorWorks Pro is a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform intended exclusively for mobile automotive service operators. You must represent a legitimate business to use this service.

3. Account Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach our security boundaries, or use the service for any illegal activities.

4. Data Accuracy and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the customer and vehicle data you enter into the platform. When using MotorWorks Pro public webforms, you agree to handle any customer data collected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Subscription and Billing

During the Private Beta, billing is not actively enforced. Payment processing features are not fully live unless explicitly enabled for your account. Future public pricing (e.g. £20/month base + £10/month per additional member) will be communicated prior to the commencement of any mandatory billing cycles.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotorWorks Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform during the Private Beta phase.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Private Beta at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms.
